The Patent Pending, Zulu One Process, utilizes the Rapid Sulfation Elimination capabilities of the PIC based Batt - Recon Model 4800 P series of de-sulfation systems, combined with the Batt - Smart brand of battery mounted Smart - Battery Control Modules, to allow the battery operator to maximize the battery runtime using the least possible charging electricity or monitor various processes or machines and equipment at a remote site linked via data link or GSM.

The BZI Pakistan developed Zulu One Model 5200 P is a Portable System that Automatically Scans and Records Individual Cell Voltages, Electrolyte Temperatures and Electrolyte Fluid Levels during Normal Battery Charging or Discharge Load Testing and in an industrial set up monitor the working of equipment and monitor and log tasks.

Zulu One Turns On/Off a Charger or Load Tester Based Upon Cell Voltage or Temperature Values in a battery set up and monitor and log parameters established by the Operator in an equipment base in an industrial set up.
